What you get

01

Site Book Ten business days

An 8 to 12 page site book in the buyer’s language: service size, feeder, fibre, permitted use, cooling route, each fact labelled reported, confirmed or locked. Owner and agent branded.

02

Buyer match

Up to 50 data-center buyers (operators, neoclouds, developers, capital) selected by size class, region and timing.

03

Calls and briefings 60 days

Up to 50 calls placed by DataCentering to matched buyers to introduce the site book, plus email briefings about the record. A buyer who asks to see the property, discuss terms or make an offer is passed to your licensed agent or our licensed partner.

04

Weekly report

Calls placed, buyers reached, what they asked, and what the record still needs.

What a call is

A call is placed when we dial a matched buyer and either speak with them or leave a message and send a follow-up email. Up to 50 calls are placed over the 60 days, and every one is logged in your weekly report: who we reached, what they asked, and what would strengthen the record. How buyers respond depends on the property, its confirmed power and the market, and we tell you plainly what we are hearing.

How it works

  1. Add the property to DataCentering and complete the free Site Score, or tell us the property is already scored. If it is not scored yet, we complete the score with you during onboarding at no extra charge.
  2. We build the Site Book and buyer match in ten business days.
  3. Over 60 days we place up to 50 calls and send the briefings; interested buyers go to your agent, or our licensed partner, for showings, offers and negotiation.
  4. You receive the weekly report and a final summary.

Who makes the calls

DataCentering helps your agent or brokerage prospect. As part of Site Launch we place up to 50 calls to matched data-center buyers to introduce the verified site book and, when a buyer asks, set up an appointment with your licensed agent or our licensed partner brokerage. Showings, pricing discussions, offers and negotiation are handled by that licensed agent or brokerage. Every call follows a script you approve, states only what the site book confirms, and is logged in your weekly report. If you do not have a listing agent yet, we are happy to help you interview and choose one, or to introduce our licensed partner brokerage. DataCentering provides the verified site book, the buyer match, up to 50 calls placed, the email briefings and the reporting.

Prerequisites

  • A scored property.
  • A listing agent. If you do not have one yet, we will help you interview and choose one, or introduce our licensed partner brokerage.
  • Your authorisation to share the property’s verified facts with matched buyers.
  • Your approval of the call script, which you can give when you order or any time before calling begins; where a brokerage is involved we share it with them too.

Questions

Why not just list it?

Data-center buyers rarely browse listing sites. They buy on confirmed power, fibre and permitted use, which is what the Site Book shows and what our calls introduce.

Who makes the calls?

We do, up to 50 placed, under a script you approve. Showings, offers and negotiation stay with your licensed agent or our licensed partner.

What results can I expect?

You see exactly what happened, every week: calls placed, buyers reached, the questions they asked, and what would strengthen the record. How buyers respond depends on the property, its confirmed power and the market, and we tell you plainly what we are hearing.

I don’t have an agent yet. Can I still order?

Yes. Order the Site Book or Site Launch and tell us on the form. We will help you interview and choose a listing agent, or introduce our licensed partner brokerage, before calling begins.

What if the power is only “reported”?

The Site Book says so, and so do our calls. Confirming it is separate work, and we will tell you what it would take.

Can several agents use the same Site Book?

Yes. The owner holds it; every agent gets the same verified facts.

The call script (read and approve now, or later from your order page)
Hello, this is [caller name] from DataCentering, calling on behalf of the owner of [the property address]. The owner has prepared a verified site book for data-center use covering the electrical service, feeder, fibre, permitted use and cooling route. Each fact is labelled reported, confirmed or locked, so you know exactly how well it is known. Would it be useful if I sent you the site book? If you would like to see the property, discuss terms or make an offer, I will connect you with the owner’s licensed agent, who handles all of that.
