Fees are agreed in a plain-language click-wrap before you use the related feature, tracked in a shared deals record, and invoiced through Stripe at close (net-14). Deals can close in any currency; invoices are issued in USD at a documented conversion rate.
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclusive of any applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax), which are your responsibility in your jurisdiction. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled any time, effective at the end of the paid period, via the customer portal.
